Terms of Service

Effective date: July 21, 2026 · PI-ATAWI Investment Enterprise

Template. These terms are a working draft for the demonstration phase and must be reviewed by legal counsel before any external client organization is onboarded.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of PI-ATAWI ONE (the “Service”), operated by PI-ATAWI Investment Enterprise. By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts and access

Access is invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your authenticator device secure, and for activity under your account. Roles that can move financial records must use multi-factor authentication.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, probe or circumvent security controls, or disrupt the Service.

4. Your data and ownership

Your organization retains ownership of the business data it enters. We claim no ownership of it. You may export all of your data at any time. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Demonstration phase

During the demonstration phase the Service is provided for evaluation with test data. It is offered “as is”, without warranties, and should not yet be relied upon as the sole record for real financial data. Production terms and service levels will accompany the paid, go-live release.

6. Fees

The demonstration phase is provided at no charge. Paid plans and any usage-based fees will be presented and agreed before they apply to your organization.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and export your data first. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms or to protect the Service, and will act reasonably in doing so.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice; consult a qualified professional. To the extent permitted by law, PI-ATAWI Investment Enterprise’s liability arising from the Service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Questions: general@pi-atawi.com.
